Hazelton Financial Corporation is a private lender that offers investment opportunities through syndicated commercial first mortgages and syndicated mezzanine financing. Returns on first mortgages for our investors currently pay 10% to 19% per year. Mezzanine loans are structured to yield at least 20% per annum.

Our investment opportunities are RRSP eligible.

We are conservative investors who apply rigorous criteria when evaluating each potential real estate opportunity. Due to our extensive experience in identifying solid real estate properties and projects, we have a track record of providing returns to our investors that exceed most stock market, bond or mortgage fund returns.
